Liam spent the next few days and weeks in blissful happiness with Ezra. Only Liam’s job and his weekends with Lucas prevented him from being with his new love. Lucas had a birthday, but even at the party, Liam’s thoughts were with Ezra, and when it was over and the last guest had gone home, he made his way to the beach. Ever mindful of the fact that winter would arrive all too soon and separate them, Liam was grateful for every second of their time together.
