A throat cleared somewhere in the vicinity of his bedroom door, loud in the quiet of his dreams. Startled, Levi jolted up and steadied himself with both hands on his bed. What the f**k had happened. When he pried his eyes open, he was annoyed to find Zoey wasn’t in bed next to him. Where the hell had his mate gone?
