KIKI’s POV.
As soon as I step out and shut the door behind me, I am tempted to stick my ear to door to try to listen to whatever they will say, but no. What if a student passes by? There will be so much misinterpretations.
“You are actually. If I kiss you right now, you won’t resist me and I can predict you having a fast heart beat right now. Your cheeks are flushed and your knuckles are white, you don’t know how to lie or pretend.” His words from few minutes ago plays in my head and I place my hand on my chest.
“Oh no, I shouldn’t be dumb once more…” I murmur and make fast strides towards my car.
I dig my hand into my clutch to find my keys as I move closer to my car, only to raise my head to find James resting his back on my car with his hands in his pocket.
