It's because Calvin's ancestral house is far from Antipasti, I am having a hard time visiting there every day. I only go to my restaurant three times a week, they just send me their daily reports thru email and if there's a problem that they cannot handle and needs my approval before making a decision, my manager calls me and tell me the situation right away.
