My parents booked a trip to Europe with me months and months ago, a nice river cruise to visit different Christmas markets. It was one of mom's dreams and I found the perfect trip for them. It was a new trip the company set up and they were going to be one of the first to experience it! I signed them up for all the free exertions, added on two paid ones, and even added on the drinking tab so they could have any alcoholic beverage they wanted while on the trip. For a nice surprise, I gave them a room upgrade and asked for a bouquet to be left in their room. Not only were they my customers but they were my parents so I wanted it to be a special trip for them.
