Eva's head snapped in the direction of a sound so familiar, as she already knew to whom that sound belonged.
Ethan came into the range of her sight. He trailed his gaze over her to check for any injury and sighed with satisfaction when he found none.
"Ethan!" She cried in her dull voice. She was relieved to see him but was worried at the same time that Elena could cause harm to him also. Elena was a maniac. Eva couldn't trust Elena's intentions.
Elena was shocked to see him there. She had not expected him to find them out. She was so confident in her plan. She never thought that it would fail. Now Ethan also knew about her bad intentions.
