Luckily for them, it did rain that night, and even with how it already was night and almost so dark, they still used that rain for late night showers and cleaned themselves out of that sticky dirt that had already stuck tightly on their bodies from all throughout the day of staying like that and could not find any bodies of water, even a small pool, to at least relieved them from that whole day suffering, but all of those had all seeped through the soil so what they could only found was clammy ground which only added to how dirty they had already felt.
After seemingly a refreshing, and at the same time, cold shower with no other products to make them feel better, but just plain acidic water, they were able to feel light and less sticky at least. Maybe the regular bathing every night throu
