When I wasn’t able to find Neomi in the house, I knew I had found trouble seeking Mate. She doesn’t do it intentionally but somehow she lands in trouble. The Club incident, then her being unconscious in forest, she is definitely gonna make me age within a few days. I know with her, she will always be a handful.
She is too innocent to even realize what all can put her in danger. She is trusting and kind and that makes me worry a lot.
I put my jacket on and I take a scarf with me for her. I am about to enter the forest when I see someone running in this direction. I could feel the Mate bond and instantly know she is Neomi. But she is not looking towards me but back in the forest, I am ready to hold her as I know she will fall if I don’t catch her.
