Chapter Thirty one: Evolution.

Mesa tried to leave the room but Mira stopped her.

"Mira, there's something happening that you're not aware of." Mira said.

She explained what was happening presently in the whole world, how Arthur had captured all the Kings and hd turned them into monsters. She proceeded on discussing about the conqueror who will be defeating Arthur. But she didn't mention that the conqueror is Mia. She only said the conqueror will be coming to this kingdom soon.

After Mira explained everything, Mesa went to beg her mother, the queen for her rough and crazy attitude. She knew that the Queen is passing so much difficulty, trying to act as a Queen, but inside herself, she knew she was crying. Losing a husband to an enemy is painful.

By noon, they all ate dinner and finally, they all went to sleep. The seer and Mia were given a room to sleep in. But before they left, Mia had requested from Mira to leave open the training hall. Mira did as she had requested and she went to sléep.

By 12am in the midnight, Mia woke up as she head into the training hall. She had a plan of learning the Melee combat skill tonight, so she had requested for the training hall to be opened. She proceeded on activating the Melee combat skill.

Immediately, a doppelganger of herself appeared in front of her and she felt herself being controlled by something and every of her actions weren't intentional.

But, before she could start fighting, she had something that she want to check. She's actually thinking of going out tonight to hunt some beasts.

That part was a bit confusing to Mia but she decided to leave it be for now.

She still have a long way to go and maybe going for a beast hunt is not a bad idea. But surprisingly, while she was still looking at the stats, the system had notified her of a new message.

"Wow!" Mia exclaimed.

With the looks of things, Mia had reasoned that the system unlocks a skill whenever it will be useful to her. But something is not right, when she unlocked her ice freeze skill, the system had notified her that a daily Quest has been completed. Does it mean that the daily Quest she completed made her to unlock the skill, or it was because she will be in need of it sooner. She left it for now as she moved on to the next step. The system had just made her job easier. Both the flight skill and the Melee combat skill had just buttered her bread.

She activated the skill and she moved around unintentionally, fighting the doppelganger and after a while, she start fighting the doppelganger herself and within three hours, she had finally learned a lot on how to fight in a Melee combat range.

"This is not too bad as I have thought." Mia said as she put on her clothes. She had removed it while she was training because she was sweating badly. The door had been shut and Mia had also low the fire lamp so that no one would see her. But she can see perfectly fine.

After putting on her dress, and also cancelling the Melee combat skill, the doppelganger disappeared and she exited the training hall, leaving for the forest to hunt some beasts.

There were guards stationed everywhere, including the entrance of the training hall, the guards didn't stop Mia because she had requested from princess Mira to inform the guards that she will be training in the training hall tonight. But, there is only one place that is void of guards, that is the royal bathing pool. So Mia transformed into her dragon form and activated her flight skill. She flapped her wings and flew high into the air, heading for the forest.

She enjoyed the breeze she was feeling as she was flying and she had in her mind to fly like this every night. It didn't take up to ten minute that she got to the forest.

She cancelled her transformation skill and went for the beast hunt. And while she was doing this, she is thinking of someone she missed dearly. She is thinking of the king, King Darwin Jr. She wished he had been here with her, but she knew that his job is a very crucial one and his presence is needed in the Darwin Kingdom than being with her. In an hour later, she stopped killing the beasts as she decided to head back to the palace. In total, the amount of beast crystals she had with her are 30 beast crystals. She knew that if she consume all 50 crystals, only the thirty would be rewarded and the remaining twenty is just a raffle.

She consumed all the thirty crystals and she got rewarded with 50 Exp bonus.

After consuming all thirty beast crystals, the system notified her about something.

It was strange to Mia and it was even more strange when she started feeling pains in her body. The aching pain on her head and every part of her body. It was like they were stabbing her with a knife. The pain was so much that she can't move an inch of her body. But then, she collapsed on the floor, not knowing what is happening around her anymore.
