Chapter Twenty four: Hulk

After Mia defeated Jake in the small little spar they had with each other, the system notified her again.
"Your Majesty, let's go to the gate tower together." Prince Alex said, interrupting Mia from reading the system's notification.
"Okay." Mia answered and the four of them went up to the gate tower to meet the king.
The king personally stayed at the gate tower to see when the stone Kingdom's Knight arrives.
He had also called for Mia and the seer to meet him at the gate tower for some discussions. And while he was looking outside through the gate tower, he could see some red flags being waved high in the sky.
While prince Jake was having a spar with Mia, the seer had also felt something coming. Although she sensed the dark energy flow coming from outside, it was quite different from Arthurs's dark energy flow.
They got inside the tower gate and they could hear the marching sound and stomping feet of many soldiers coming their way.
"Something big is coming." Prince Jake said.
"Like a beast or something?" Prince Alex said.
"This is no beast. It is a demon god." The seer said and both princes were surprised.
Soon after, the people causing the uproar could be seen and they all had armours on. But something is strange. In front of all other knights was a giant, no, a hulk standing with only a bare chest and an iron made nicker. It was a bald hulk and with a goatee.
It roared with all his strength and started running towards the Darwin kingdom's gate.
"Quick, let's do something. He will break down the gate if we don't do anything." Prince Jake shouted.
"Wait wait. I can do something." The seer said as she placed her hands on the window of the tower and activated a type of barrier magic.
The magical barrier rose up against the hulk and prevented him from hitting the gate. But the hulk kept on hitting the barrier.
"I'm n.. not able to make an invisible barrier, I need some energy flow." The seer grunted in pain. Each hit from the hulk was draining energy from the seer.
The princes were clueless on what to do and so is the king and queens. But something clicked in Mia's mind to touch the seer and see if some of the energy flow that were in her could be given to the seer.
She touched the seer's back and felt some kind of force draining her of her energy. Suddenly, the barrier changed into an invisible one and the hulk was unable to hit anything but air. After hitting nothing but air for a few time, he roared in anger and started walking towards the knights.
"I will come back for you!!" The hulk shouted. And they all left for the stone kingdom.
"What in the heaven is that creature?" Prince Jake said before turning to look at the seer who was sweating profusely.
"I think we owe you guys a very great explanation." Mia said and the king agreed for her to explain.
She explained on how she had been executed due to the false allegations of the second chief and had been reborn as a new person, thanks to the seer who she called the spirit lady in the past.
She also explained how she saw the visions of what happened in the past and was destined to be the saviour of the whole kingdom.
Now, all of them knew all what had been happening and who the real Mia is and who Ellen is. They didn't feel bad but instead, they feel sorry for the seer and was quite happy that their sister, Les is alive.
"We promise to help you out with anything you want." Prince Jake assured them.
But before they could all depart, a dove flew inside the tower and wrapped on it's leg was a letter.
The King loosened the paper to check what the message was all about and he found out that there are more trouble coming towards them.
"From the new King of the stone kingdom, king arthur. The king of the Darwin Kingdom has been billed to present twelve slaves to the king every month. King Arthur also wishes for the females of all the kingdom to be presented to the Grand Duke of the Stone kingdom for the memorial selection of a bride to the king.
Failure to do so will lead to the continuous attack of the city."
The letter read as thus.
"What do we do know?" Prince Jake asked.
"We all should think of what to do to stop this crazy order. You all can leave now ." The king said but the seer and Mia waited to speak with the king.
"We will be leaving for the cave all again. She only got the crystal, she haven't received the things she will need to defeat Arthur, and also, we might stay too long this time." The seer said.
"Make sure you protect the kingdom well, your highness." Mia said giving the king a very tight hug. "I will soon be back."
They exited the gate and the invisible barrier was still active, thereby preventing any enemy or beast from entering.
The Darwin kingdom is near the forest, and the forest acts as a beast hunting ground for all newly accepted knights. So Mia and the seer had planned to kill some beasts before leaving.
Each of them climbed on their horses and made way into the forest, before going to the next kingdom, which is the Wall kingdom.
Mia was already disguised as a young female knight who had just finished her knight training while the seer decided to use the appearance she had been using, a young female knight, and she left it the way it had been without changing anything.
The two of them were in a female knight appearance, so there could be no one that will challenge them.
"Seer, how will you feel if something shows like an information display, above your eyes." Mia said, referring to the system.
"Are you taking about a system?" The seer asked and Mia was surprised that the seer knew about it.
