Chapter Eight
Captured at the Camp
Jack and Jerry were each eighteen, hotshot heroes on the local high school football team. Jack was the quarterback and Jerry the wide receiver, and they were best friends and drinking buddies outside of school and sports. This year they would be seniors, seeking to impress the media, college scouts and of course the chicks with their performance as they made their yearly drive toward the state championship. It was all going to be glorious fun, but the pressure would be on them big-time. Now was the occasion to indulge in some high-spirited drunken shenanigans, before school resumed and the season started.
