The story of what happened with Beta Jameson traveled like wildfire. There were, of course, a few skeptics, but those weren’t many. Those from the Blackwell pack were happy that there was another story going around about Angeline. Many were surprised that Leo was walking around with Angeline. She was greeting everyone as they walked through. Some kids came up to her and asked if they could hug her. There was a little girl who held onto the skirts of her mother. Angeline came up to her and crouched down, went to eye level with the little girl.
“Hello. Little one.” Angeline said softly.
“Oh Lady Luna. Hello. Please excuse my daughter, she is very shy,” said the mother.
“It’s OK ma’am. I just wanted to say hi,” Angeline said softly, “Perhaps you can help me?”
