I spent the whole night after making sure Maddie is asleep waiting for Harper. I got a text around 12 pm saying that they will be staying at a hotel that night but she wouldn't tell me which one. I called her and she answered. She told me that they were there for a very important friend of theirs who needed friends at this time.
I don't know how to feel about it but Katherine has assured me that they were fine and that she will call me in case something happens. I sighed and called mark who was on his way here with the kids.
