Harper's pov
I looked at the smiling Jason and nodded. I can't keep hiding from reality whenever i can't seem to cope with the harsh truth of reality. I am a grown woman, days where i had to yearn to have a mother's love and a father's affection have flown away through trials of time.
It took a while for me to understand what i needed and what kind of a family i need. I had aunt Lydia there for me after my grandmother died and she's been my rock ever since. I found a brother in tony and a younger sister in Katherine. I love that girl so much so that i would give up my life for her. They are and will always be my family. And now i also have my very own family that i am very thankful to.
