As I walked out of the shop, I noticed an agitated group of employees near the main gates. To my immense surprise, even Valencia and Natalia were among them. All of them were pleading with the security guards to let them inside! What was going on?
Maybe I should get on with my work instead. Adonis’ business problems didn’t concern me. I went to Arian’s office to hand over the cheque. “Hey, what brings you here? Boss is at home because of the chaos here.” This was what I had been wanting to know all day.
