Marina’s POV My head swooned at the sight of two wolves engaged in a gruesome fight just outside my window. Although I should have been happy that the musky gray wolf died, I wasn’t. The bloodshed and gory fight had me traumatized. When the victorious black wolf with golden glowing eyes looked up at me, I lost my senses. There was something familiar about him. It seemed I had seen him somewhere, but I couldn’t recall where. “Adonis!” I whispered weakly for help, but there was no sign of him. I didn’t have the strength to go to his bedroom, so I closed my eyes to get a grip on myself.
