"Here is your list of responsibilities. We just ask that you check in before the start of your shift. Once you complete the checklist, you are free to go. It will be verified in the morning by the day shift, so no cutting corners. If you need to call off, you can contact me, and we will pick a new time for both of you." Dean Reynolds said. "We prefer to have you work in teams when on the night shift, for safety purposes."
Raven and I took the checklists from him and started heading outside. We didn't say anything to each other, but I was itching to talk to her. Some part of me was already idolizing her, I wanted to be her friend so badly. I felt a little pathetic feeling that way. But there was just something about her, she felt familiar in a way. Hopefully, I won't word vomit
