I woke up in my old bed. How did I get back home? When did I get back home? Slipping out of bed, I tiptoed out of my room and down the hall. I could see Stella's light still on, and Hunter was cursing at his video game as I passed their rooms. It felt like the hallway went on forever, but I kept going. It was cold here, so cold I could see my breath.
I wrapped my arms around myself and continued to the end of the hall. It wasn't just cold here...it felt...evil. Something dark prowled around here. But what? After what felt like an eternity, I reached the end of the hall. There was a cold metal door, it creaked open. I swallowed hard, and stepped inside. I choked on a sob when I saw who was standing in the cold, dark room.
