Ivory kissed the knuckles of Liam’s hand. They were facing the front door of Liam’s parents while holding their hands. Ivory resisted the urge to chuckle as he stared at Liam.
Beads of sweat like bullets, embedded on his forehead, sweaty and trembling hands, followed by a constant swallow of his saliva.
“Hey, everything’s going to be fine,” Ivory reassured.
