Chapter 10: Breaking Walls Down
Liam pursed his lips, watching Ivory’s back, ordering their food. They are inside a coffee shop near the university. It was a miracle to find an empty table for them. There are plenty of people inside the coffee shop with their friends or significant others.
Liam was hesitant at first to ditch class, but staring deep at Ivory’s chartreuse-green eyes made him say yes. Worriedly, Liam glanced at his wrist. Three more hours before class ends.
He gulped, not noticing that Ivory was already in front of him. “What?” Ivory scoffed. Liam became nervous, heart skipping a beat. “S-sorry. I-I,” he paused, finding a reason why he was apologizing.
