Mia looked at Malia, feeling overwhelmed. "For years," she said, her voice trembling slightly, "I had dreamed of meeting you, but I never thought it would happen." She paused for a moment, gathering her thoughts. "And now, here we are, face to face, and I...I don't know what to say."
Malia pulled Mia into a hug, feeling the warmth of her embrace. "You don't have to say anything," Malia whispered. "I'm just happy to finally meet you."
Logan watched as Mia and Malia embraced each other again, tears welling up in Mia's eyes. It was clear that this reunion meant everything to her. He felt a sense of gratitude that he was able to witness this moment, to see the joy that came from being reunited with family.
As they pulled away from each other, Logan could see the bond that had formed between the two sisters in just a short amount of time. He marveled at the way they seemed to understand each other without even needing to speak.
For Logan, who had grown up without any real siblings, it was a strange feeling to watch the interaction between Mia and Malia. He had always wondered what it would be like to have a brother who understood you so well, and now he was seeing it firsthand. Clayton was there but he was younger and was staying in the palace. Besides, he moved to The Enclave at the age of nine.
"It's really you," Mia said, her voice trembling. "I can't believe it."
Malia hugged her back tightly, tears streaming down her face. "I had no idea you existed," she said, her voice breaking. "I just found out yesterday, otherwise I would have looked for you earlier."
“Dinner’s ready,” Chris’s wife announced, trying to bring back that joy that was in everyone's eyes. They all seemed to appreciate it as they followed her to the dining table.
As they reached the kitchen, Malia spoke first. "Mia, I know this is a lot to take in, but I want you to go back home with me. I want to be a part of your life and I want you to get to know our family."
Mia's eyes widened in surprise. "Really? You want to go back with me?"
Malia nodded, her eyes full of sincerity. "Of course, Mia. You're my sister, and I want to get to know you and be there for you. We have a lot of catching up to do."
"Malia," Mia said, her voice full of emotion. "I just want to thank you for coming for me. For so long, I felt like something was missing in my life, and I didn't know what it was. But now, being with you and meeting everyone, I know that it was the love and connection of my family. I never thought I would find that, but here I am, and I'm so grateful for you.
"Mom and Dad have been there for me but it's not the same as meeting you."
Malia smiled warmly at her sister. "You don't have to thank me, Mia. You're family, and that's all that matters. We're going to be there for you, no matter what."
Logan watched as Mia and Malia hugged again, their bond seemed to be growing stronger with each passing moment. He felt a sense of happiness for both Malia and Mia, but mostly Mia, knowing that she had found what she had been searching for all these years.
After dinner, Mia and Malia spent some time catching up and getting to know each other better. They shared stories about their childhoods and talked about their hopes and dreams for the future. Logan, with Tiara in his arms, watched from a distance, happy to see the sisters bonding and enjoying each other's company.
As the night wore on, Mia and Malia retired to Mia's room, exhausted but happy. Logan and Tiara headed to their own room, ready to call it a night.
Once they were alone, Tiara turned to Logan and said, "That was really nice, seeing the sisters reunite like that."
Logan nodded in agreement. "It was. It's not often you get to witness something so special. I'm glad we were able to be a part of it."
Tiara smiled. "It reminds me of how lucky we are to have each other and our own families. It's easy to take that for granted sometimes."
Logan put his arm around her. "I know what you mean. Seeing Mia and Malia together like that made me appreciate the bond I share with Clayton even more."
Tiara leaned into him. "I understand. Sometimes I wish I grew up with Arrinna."
Logan kissed her on the forehead. "I know that and you have every time in the world to form that bond with her. But for now, let's get some rest. It's been a long day."
As Logan and Tiara settled into bed, he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over him. It had been a long day, but the warmth of the reunion they had witnessed between Mia and Malia had left him feeling happy and fulfilled.
He turned to Tiara and wrapped his arms around her. She snuggled in close, resting her head on his chest. They lay there for a moment, enjoying the quiet of the night and the comfort of each other's presence.
Logan leaned in and whispered in Tiara's ear, "You know, seeing those sisters connect like that made me think about how grateful I am for you. I'm so lucky to have you by my side."
He couldn't help but feel his heart swell with love as he looked at Tiara. Her smile was radiant, and he knew there was no one else in the world he wanted to be with more.
"And you are my rock. I couldn't imagine going through life without you."
Logan traced his fingers gently over her back, sending shivers down her spine. "Tiara," he breathed, his voice husky and filled with desire, "I love you."
Tiara's breath caught in her throat at his words. She looked up at him, her eyes sparkling in the moonlight. "I love you too," she whispered, before closing the distance between them and kissing him tenderly.
The kiss deepened, and soon they were lost in each other. Logan could feel the heat between them growing, and he knew that he wanted nothing more than to make love to his wife.
But as much as he wanted to, he knew that they were in someone else's house, and it wouldn't be appropriate.
"Tiara," he said softly, pulling back from her kiss. "As much as I would love to make love to you until you don't even remember what year it is, we can't do this here. We're in someone's house."
Tiara looked up at him, a hint of disappointment in her eyes. "I know," she said, sighing. "I just can't help it. I missed you these past three months."
Logan smiled down at her, feeling the warmth of her body against his. "I know that, Tesoro," he said. "And I promise, as soon as we get home, we'll make up for lost time."
Tiara grinned at him, the disappointment in her eyes fading away. "I can't wait," she said, snuggling back in close to him. "But for now, let's just enjoy this moment together."
Logan wrapped his arms around her again, holding her close. They lay there for a few more moments, lost in each other's embrace, before finally drifting off to sleep.
Logan woke up early the next morning, his mind already on the task of packing up and getting ready to leave. As he got out of bed, he noticed that Tiara was still sleeping peacefully beside him. He smiled to himself, taking a moment to appreciate her beauty in the soft light of the morning sun.
He leaned in to kiss her forehead, careful not to wake her up. He then got up and went to the bathroom to brush his teeth and splash water on his face. He stared at his reflection in the mirror, feeling content but also a little sad that their time with Chris and his family was over. It was short but somehow they had formed a bond. He took a shower and went back to the room to find Tiara still sleeping.
He decided to pack whatever little things they brought along. As he finished packing their bags, Tiara woke up and joined him. She stretched her arms and yawned, looking at him with sleepy eyes. "Good morning," she said, her voice a little husky.
Logan couldn't help but smile at her. "Good morning, beautiful. Did you sleep well?"
Tiara nodded, sitting up in bed. "Yes, I did. I had the most amazing dream about you," she said, winking at him playfully.
Logan laughed, feeling his heart skip a beat at her words. "Oh really? And what was it about?"
Tiara crawled out of bed, wearing only Logan's oversized t-shirt and panties. Logan's eyes followed her movements, admiring her curves and the way the fabric of the shirt clung to her body. She walked up to him and wrapped her arms around his neck, standing on her tiptoes to kiss him softly.
"It was about us," she said, looking up at him with a mischievous glint in her eyes. "But we can't talk about it here. We're in someone's house."
Logan's eyes widened in surprise as he realized what she was hinting at. He knew that she was right, but it was hard to resist the temptation of burying himself deep inside her. He took a deep breath, reminding himself that they had to be respectful of their hosts.
"You're right," he said, kissing her forehead. "We can't. Let's get dressed and get ready to go." He really wanted to let it go but he couldn't resist the urge to tease his wife.
"So, what were you dreaming about last night?" he asked, a mischievous grin on his face.
Tiara blushed and swatted him playfully. "Oh, come on, Logan. You know dreams can be weird sometimes."
Logan chuckled. "Yeah, but I've never heard you moan like that in your sleep before. Are you sure it was just a weird dream?" He knew he was playing with fire but he couldn't stop it.
Tiara's cheeks turned an even deeper shade of red, and she buried her face in her hands. "Logan, stop it!" she protested, though she couldn't help but giggle. That was enough to prove what he thought Tiara dreamt about.
He leaned in and kissed her on the cheek. "I'm just teasing, love. But you have to admit, it's cute and you know how much I love seeing you blush."
Tiara rolled her eyes but couldn't help but smile. "You're impossible," she said, shaking her head.
Logan pulled her into a hug. "And yet, you still love me," he said, pressing a kiss to the top of her head.
Tiara snuggled into his embrace. "Always," she murmured.
They made their way to the living room once Tiara was done with her shower and put on clothes. They found Malia talking with Chris, his wife, and his mother. Mia was not with them.
"I'm sorry. I know this must be difficult for you." She said to Chris.
Chris just smiled at her. His wife spoke. "It's okay. We've always known that this day would come. We even discussed it with Mia, she's always wanted to meet you.
"She knew that she had other siblings but she has always wanted to meet you the most, followed by Logan but that had happened when she saw his wedding pictures with Tiara.
"I even asked her about it. She said that she knew she would be safe with him and I think it's because she has always wanted a brother. Chris and I can't have kids of our own so we couldn't give her that.
"I know she will be happy with you guys and I want that for her. She promised that she will always visit us and I know she will."
Logan could only imagine how difficult this might be for her and Chris.
Just then, Mia joined them. "I will visit you almost every day. I promise you that. And why wouldn't I? You're my mother."
