Chapter Fourteen
I felt surrounded by nothing, it was so dark I couldn’t see. I tried to listen to see what was out there, but nothing could be heard.
“Hello?” I asked into the nothingness. I felt my voice echo back to me. “Is anyone there?” still nothing. I tried to move but realized I was trapped, tied down by chains. Panic ensued as I struggled against the chains. A man's laughter stunned me into submission. I didn’t know who was laughing, but it grew louder and louder. The scent of a lycan hit my nose.
I felt like screaming out for help, but that wouldn’t be any good. I tried to break my hands free from the chains but it was no use. A soft white light appeared in front of me. It hovered in the darkness that surrounded us for a moment, looking at the situation. I felt warm and safe
