Keri Hunter came over, gave me a quick kiss, then warned Lucas to not hurt me. He turned and walked out the front door to go to the training grounds. I turned back to look at Lucas and gave him a smile and then said, “Are you ready?” He nodded his head and we headed out back of the pack house. I threw my water bottle down on the ground. Walked a few feet away and looked at Luca. “Ok Keri, let's work on your stance first. Take a fighting stance on how you think it should be and I will fix it as we go. Okay?” I nodded and then I bent my knees and put my fist up in front of my body. He came over and lifted my arms a little. I was in a crunch position.
