The heat of the Egyptian sun hits me in the face as we step through the portal. We are about three miles from the Falling Sands pack in Alexandria.
Lewenna led us to the edge of a crop of Acacia and Eucalyptus trees. I can feel the buzz of energy from the barrier, at least it didn't have the effects of the barrier in Lampedusa.
