ASTRO
The room at the top of the tower was a perfect heptagon. Each side had a floor-length window, above each one was the name of a supernatural species.
VAMPIRE, SHIFTER, FAIRY, SIREN, NYMPH, ELVEN and WITCH.
The three of us headed to the window marked as 'shifter' and peered out. The island below us was bare rock, no grass, trees or buildings, it was completely barren.
We watched as an object hurtled towards the beam of light at the edge of the island. We ran to another window, then another, until we had looked out of every one.
The view was the same in each; barren rock and an object rushing towards us. I turned to Star and Harris, "I think those are the artifacts, rushing to join the island."
