As we had finished recounting our story, we handed out the handbooks and contracts. I rose to My feet. "The handbooks are yours to keep. Please read them in your own time."
I picked up a spare book and held it up, "right now we are just going to look at the first six pages. The first page is a map of how the island will eventually be set out. We want you to have your own space, but we also don't want you segregated, so the center will be for communal space, our town center if you will."
I turned to the next page, "The next five pages contain the blueprints for five different homes. These are the only homes we will be building."
