A big part of me wanted Nicholas to cuddle with me as the big spoon, but he didn’t seem into that. That was okay. If I had to become his now, I’d eventually find a way to make him mine. * * * * When I woke up, it was nighttime from what the antique wall clock read, where candles sat near it for better lighting.
