It had been a couple of hours since Lucian had passed out in front of everybody. Astrid still hadn't returned and the pack doctors had been doing everything they could for Lucian, but so far all they said was to stay close to Lucian. I didn't even want to leave him. I was scared that something would happen if I turned away from him even just for a second. I gently took his hand and gave it a kiss.
