CHP 12: AZURE WATER 2

Damon glanced at the half-dead woman that was lying helplessly on the floor.

"Please kill me and save my daughter, she was also captured" the woman struggled to speak.

Damon nodded his head and he gave her a quick death.

Damon and Alex could sense the hordes of goblins nearing them as their wails and cries kept getting louder.

Alex unleashed his chains from his hand and he could feel like he had become one with his weapon.

[Master, the will of the former wielder of this weapon, still resides in it. That is why you are feeling like you have used this weapon several times] Ivor said.

Alex nodded his head and he could feel coarse adrenaline rushing through his body.

The hordes of goblins that were holding a shapeless machete and bows came yelling at them.

The goblins licked their lips when they saw Damon and Alex.

Damon channeled fire into his sword and charged at the goblins.

Alex, who saw the goblins, suddenly tore off his clothes and his muscles began to throb and bulge, as he could also feel the thirst to kill.

[Imani what have you done] Ivor muttered as he saw Alex turning into a battle maniac.

(Just testing out my powers and I gave him a buff as I was disgusted by those monsters) Imani replied.

[ So you have started to talk huh?] Ivor replied and he gulped.

When the goblins were three meters away from Alex.

He smacked his gauntlets against each other.

Boom!

Sound waves erupted from his gauntlets and they shattered into pieces. The sound waves were more thunderous than the first time he tried.

The goblins were all sent flying while some died on the spot.

Damon gripped a sharp edge of the cave, and he gritted his teeth as the sound waves were too offensive inside the cave.

Alex roared while he was slowly losing his sanity, his eyes were filled with bloodlust, he glared at the goblins who were gaining their composure.

And he began to swing his chains, the sharp edge of the chain was slicing the goblins like tofu.

Alex instinct kicked in and he channeled his mana into the chain.

And some strange runes began to light upon the chain and Alex could feel that he can also shapeshift the chain into a spear or scythe.

The goblins were looking at Alex in horror as he kept killing them with a grin on his face.

Damon was also dumbfounded as he expected Alex to be gloomy or worse even scared after his first kill.

But all he could see was an excited Alex.

Alex dodged the barrage of arrows the goblins launched towards him like an expert.

And he swung his chain and slit off the archer's throats in one go.

Alex had killed a total of 300 hundred goblins with his god slayer, making the goblins look at him and Damon in horror as they kept massacring them.

After remaining only ten Goblins, Damon killed them with his ice projectiles.

Afterward, he could see another goblin coming, it was the magico goblin with the earth element, which gave him a hard time the last time he came.

"I will deal with this one," Damon said.

And Alex nodded his head and he could feel the Adrenaline leave his body, that was when he realized that he had killed a lot of goblins.

His body shivered at the sight of the corpses.

Damon took his stance and the goblin also wielded his staff as it was eager to revenge for its subordinates.

The goblin charged at Damon and swung down his staff at him.

When his staff was 10cm away from Damon a 4cm blade retracted from it.

"So this is your cheap trick huh," Damon said as he evaded the attack.

He activated his passive skill, and he could feel everything around slow. He looked at the goblin that was slow in his eyes and he smirked and swung his sword horizontally at the goblin.

The goblin looked at Damon in horror as he was cut in half, and he could see his other half wriggling.

Damon summoned a huge fireball and burnt the goblin to ashes with a grin on his face.

Alex on the other hand was feeling a terrifying pain in his head.

AHHHHHHHH!!

He screamed and held his head in pain, unknown information began to flow into his head.

The information about his past life,

How he was a great alchemist and a great warrior that was betrayed and poisoned by his butler.

AHHHHH! He screamed again as a barrage of information kept flowing into his head.

Ivor and Imani were worried about their master, but they couldn't leave his body without his permission unless he was in a life and death situation.

After Damon killed the goblin, he ventured deep inside the cave and killed every single goblin he met on his way.

When he arrived at the goblins' base, he felt like puking.

Remains of humans and demi-humans were seen lying on the floor here and there.

What made Damon's blood boil was that most of their victims were weak females. Either human or Demi-human.

And the goblins also feast on themselves.

Damon could hear the wails and cries of the women that were captured.

Some were pregnant with the goblin's baby, while some looked like they had lost their will to live.

He could only imagine what they went through.

He broke them free and the women thanked him.

The demi-humans that were pregnant with the goblin's babies pleaded to be killed.

Damon was hesitant at first, after a series of pleading he killed the women. As he knew that the goblins' babies would eat their way out if they are fully matured.

He shook his head as he gave them a swift death, the women had a smile on their faces as they died.

The smile of peace and comfort.

The other women that decided to live were about 30, they thanked Damon and worshiped him, then fled from the horrible scene.

"Now where is this profound lake, my father was talking about?" Damon pondered as he began searching deeper inside the cave.

Alex was just regaining his composure.

Pants... Pants... Pants...

Alex was panting and beads of sweat could be seen rolling down from his head.

"So I reincarnated huh.

In my past life, I was a commander in the army and this was the same weapon I usually wielded in my past life, which means this weapon is mine." Alex thought as he glared at the weapon in his hand.

Realization hit him.

[Master, you are so lucky. That weapon triggered the memories of your past life, and it will be quite beneficial for you.] Ivor said.

(Master, I can speak now hehe, should I come out and play) Imani said with excitement.

"Oh, I'm quite surprised, but I'm not playing today, " Alex replied.

Imani frowned as Alex didn't let him play.

"Where is Damon, I have to find him," Alex thought and he also went searching for Damon.

"Hmm, those kids should be done by now, the earlier the better.

Whatever at least I am enjoying myself hehe" Sejaru thought and he grinned as he was wolfing down the meat soup he bought from a local demi-human restaurant.

While Alex was walking deeper into the cave he saw a dark alley,

He felt attracted to the alleyway and he began walking through the dark path cautiously.

Suddenly, he arrived at the front of a small lake that was black unlike a normal lake and he was dumbfounded.

"Azure water" he muttered.

Then he took two bottles from his space ring and filled them to the brim.

After filling the bottles, he dived into the water.

Suddenly, his body started absorbing the Azure water greedily, the deep black water started to turn white as Alex's body was absorbing the boon of the water.

After absorbing the boon from the water, Alex felt refreshed.

[M-master, you have developed a bright cyan core due to the azure water you absorbed] Ivor muttered.

Alex suddenly felt his body emitting a foul stench and black goo started coming out from his body.

The stench was so intense, that Alex himself couldn't resist puking.

[Master the azure water is purifying all the impurities of your body. This is a blessing in disguise.] Ivor said.

After the black goo stopped coming out from his body Alex cleaned up himself inside the azure lake that no longer had its vitality.

Still, the stench was lingering in his body.

"f**k! How do I get this stench off me?" Alex cursed

[Fufufu, I have a dark spell that will help master get rid of the stench, but Ivor wants something in return] Ivor replied and he grinned.

"What do you want you fucker?"

[Hehe, master will have to f**k those two chicks that keep pestering master. It is a win-win benefit] Ivor grinned again.

Alex gritted his teeth as he wanted to get rid of the stench so badly.

"Ok Deal, you bastard" Alex cursed Ivor.

[Fufufu, then I will transfer the spell to master's memory]

Alex immediately felt the spell was stored in his brain.

"Bilimanda" Alex muttered and waved his hand, and his hands emitted a dark smoke that covered his whole body. After the smoke vanished, Alex's clothes looked like they were just washed and he couldn't perceive any stench.

"Wow that was dope," Alex muttered.

[Fufufu, if the master wants more dark spells, Master will have to complete my lust missions hehe, ] Ivor replied.

"Humph" Alex snorted and he left the dark alleyway.

While he was moving towards the exit of the cave, he saw Damon mumbling to himself, cursing and thrashing his surroundings.

"Hey, dude what is the problem?" Alex asked.

"I can't find any damned azure pond inside this cave" Damon replied with a long sigh.

Alex chuckled and said, " I already fetched the water, it's inside my space ring."

"Ah, you fucker then let leave this miserable place. If you saw what those filthy goblins did, you might want to puke" Damon replied.

Alex nodded his head, then he and Damon left the cave.
