"Serene? Is that you? Where is Bella now? Is she with you now?" Ace asked when she saw Serene at her house.
She was sitting in the corner and crying in the dark. Ace immediately approached her friend when she noticed that she was shaking in so much pain, pain made by her longing to her missing daughter
"Serene .."
Serene looked up at Ace. "Bella wasn't there. I looked closely at each of the children's faces but Bella wasn't there. Then I went to another one, but she still wasn't there either."
Serene heard Ace sigh, that she knew she was trying to help her, but now nothing could take Serene's pain away but to see Maribella.
"I don't know what to do. Tell me that this is just a bad dream, Ace. And if you can wake me up, please wake me up. I can't handle this anymore. I just can’t." Ser
