Chapter 2

947 Words
Junior had me take a seat on the bench outside Backman’s office. He headed in and shut the door behind him. I was busy watching the hustle and bustle of the office when a guy came walking in. By the looks of it he was new and he was hot. Like drop my panties on the floor and fu.ck me on the secretary’s desk. His hair was black and longer. His eyes were a glowing light blue. His skin was a darker caramel. For just a second, his eyes met mine, but soon he was back to paying attention to the secretary and what she was saying. Pulling my phone out, I covertly took a quick pic for Hera. She was going to lose it. He was F I N E! He obviously worked out as his arms were muscular and well defined. I couldn’t see much more than that, but what I could see was his arms were covered in tattoos. Sending the pic to Hera, it was no more than a few seconds before I got a reply. Hera: Holy sh.it girl. That is a fine-looking man. Me: Mine Hera: Fine, but I will get the next hot one after this. Me: LOL Sliding my phone back into my pocket, I watch as him and the secretary continue talking. As I did, I could feel myself warming up. For just a moment, I had to rethink this. I highly doubt he is going to be able to keep up with me. My tastes are unusual and a bit violent. Nobody in my age group has been able to keep up. The door to the counselor’s office opened and out walked Ms. Connors. She walked up to the new kid and greeted him. “It is lovely to meet you, Aeron. Why don’t we go back and get your schedule set up?” She suggested and motioned to her office. She walked by and gave me a shy smile. When my eyes met his, I could see something in them I wasn’t sure about. They made me nervous. Which was out of the realm of normal for me. Rather than seeming weak, I kept eye contact with him. I saw a small smile playing on his lips as he took a seat in the counselor’s office. Ms. Connors shut the door and they began their conversation. Just then, the door to Backman’s office opened. Junior came walking out with a very pissed-off looking “Coach Barbie”. “Come on Eve,” Backman called. Junior followed me in and shut the door. He was sitting at his desk rubbing his temples. “Okay, now out with it. What is the deal with this class?” I could hear the exhaustion in his voice. “Ask her. She is one of the few teachers I haven’t done anything for, to actually earn being treated like sh.it.” I leaned back and folded my arms across my chest. The look on my face screamed pissed off. “Are you sure about that?” He asked me, searching my eyes for truth. “Yup, the only thing is last year when I fu.cked up Brittany’s face.” I pointed out. “Okay, to avoid this confrontation, every single time you go to that class, you are going to do the work down here in the office.” “Okay, but I have requirements as well.” I had to really hold onto the laugh that was threatening to break free. He looked like he wanted to fall off a bridge. “I want all of this year’s work handed to me at once.” That surprised him. “Why?” “Because I don’t want to waste my time. Once it’s all finished, I pass the class and can have a free period.” I negotiated. He thought a moment. I could tell he didn’t think I was going to be able to do it. So, like an i***t, he under estimated me and agreed. “However, today, you are sitting in the office for study hall.” That did irritate me some, but it also gave me the chance to see that Aeron guy. Without verbally responding, I headed out of the office and took a seat back on the bench. I grabbed my notebook and started coloring the most recent picture Hera drew. I was deep into my activity when I was startled by the door opening to the counselor’s office. Aeron and Ms. Connors came walking out. She headed back into her office once she had delivered him back to the receptionist. His eyes landed on mine. I stared at his. Falling deeper and deeper. Pulling myself from his eyes, I got back to coloring the drawing. Hera was a bad ass at drawing. She had drawn a reaper with blood dripping down the page. I wasn’t as talented, but she loved how I colored her pictures. So, I colored and she drew. “Wicked drawing.” Aeron walked up to me and spoke. My eyes ran up and down his body as I appreciated just how hot he is. “Thanks. Keeps me busy.” Pulling my eyes from him, I moved them back to the paper. I was very clearly eye fu.cking him and if I didn’t stop, I didn’t know what was going to happen. I heard him walk off and head down the hallway. I didn’t realize I had been holding my breath until after he was long gone. “Sh.it.” I muttered under my breath. That God of a man was going to be a problem. I could tell.
