*Mr. Maclean POV*
Once I got to town, I rushed to town hall. We held most of our coven meetings here. Town Hall was one of the original buildings we created in this town. We have made sure to preserve it through the millenniums. There are several other buildings as well that lasted the years, but town hall was the most important to our Coven. It held our essence if you would.
Our Altar of the Circle resided here with his wife. The high priest and high priestess are who created our coven, to begin with. Magda, my wife, was second in line to become a high priestess if something ever happened to our fearless and powerful leader. I was in line as well to become a high priest. It was a position of great honor if chosen.
I rushed to the entrance of our Covenstead and knocked hurriedly. "Who dares to disturb this sacred place at this hour." The high priest growls. I wince at his tone and bow my head in acceptance of my transgression.
"It is I, High Priest, Jameson Maclean," I say hurriedly. He opens the door and looks at me with concern. "Jameson? What has happened, brother?" he says with concern.
"He's back, and Addison has gone missing. I... I... think he took her." I say breathing heavily. He narrows his eyes, and the air becomes so heavy that I feel as if I am suffocating. "What do you mean he is back? How is that possible? How bad is Magda?" he asks with an angry growl.
"These past six years, he has been trying to break the portal, but he has been unsuccessful. A couple of days ago, though his power got stronger and Magda was unable to protect the portal as she had in the past, then she started getting sick. I called Addison and asked her to come home because I thought we could find a way to bring her power out to help her mother, without Addison being in the know of her bloodline, but she disappeared a little bit ago. I didn't know that bringing Addison back home would help him to be able to break the enchantment we placed on her and the door." I said with a pained voice.
"Jameson, you know she is his true mate, that is why we decided as a coven to marry her off and send her away. If he has her, then they are no longer in this realm. He will mark and claim her, and the prophecy of her will become real. We must find a way to bring them both back here before it is too late," he said in a strained tone, "She must never become what she is meant to become. It's blasphemous. Our bloodlines must never be mixed."
I nodded my head in agreement, and he ushered me inside. He called in all our brothers and sisters of the coven to help, excluding my wife, because she wouldn't be able to handle the power. We needed as much help as we could get.

We sat around our altar for our Witch Mother and held hands as the high priestess began her plea to Hekate.
"Hekate, our beloved and revered Witch Mother from which all witches descend, we ask you to hear our plea. Our brother Jameson and sister Magda need your help. Their daughter Addison has been taken by a demon and she is not in this Earthly realm anymore. We offer up the blood of Jameson as an offering for your help," the high priestess chanted and then motioned for me to come closer, "Give me your hand Jameson." I placed my hand on hers, "Palm up and hold your breath, this will hurt."
I did as she instructed and she grabbed a small knife by the altar and sliced my palm quickly. I hissed from the pain but watched as she placed my bleeding hand over the water basin and let the blood drip down inside.
"Witch Mother, I give you the blood of Jameson Maclean. Please give us your guidance and advice to help our fellow brother in this time of need," she said with a powerful voice.
The water began to glow green and then turned red. "My children, it is I, your Witch Mother. I accept your offering and will show you the way. Close your eyes so that I may give you the vision you have asked for, but I warn you, the vision is not the full resolution, my sister Lillian, Mother to all Demons, will not give me the full picture. She is not one to trifle with. She has told me to warn you that if you mess with destiny, then the world will burn and there will be nothing you can do to stop the destruction. A demon being given the privilege to have a true mate is something rare and special. If their mate is taken away from them, they will seek vengeance and destroy everything in their wake until their mate is back in their arms. The only way to stop a demon once that rage fills them is to... kill their mate." Hekate said softly. I inhaled sharply at the mention of killing my daughter. There must be another way. I felt my heart clenching tightly at those words. "Once their mate is dead the demon will suffer from a broken heart and become weak. Then they can be killed, but to kill a demon, well, that is something my sister won't tell me. She said if you succeed in killing a demon, then you must face the wrath of Lucifer, her husband and that is something no one has ever survived from. Take heed, my children. Take time to make your decision, because all life is counting on you making the right one."
Then she vanished and the water became clear. Our heads were filled with the vision.
My body began shaking uncontrollably as I watched my daughter being murdered by my Coven and what shook me the most was the Coven member who kills her.
My wife.
How is this possible?
My heart clenched tightly and my eyes filled with tears. I began breathing heavily as I fell to the ground. The vision cleared and everyone gasped as they saw me holding my chest as I lay on the ground.
They ran to me and tried to help me, but I couldn't breathe, I felt the darkness creeping up on me fast.
Why?
There is no way she could do this.
Addison was a part of us. She was everything to us. That's why we did what we did to protect her. It pained us to separate from her but it was the only way. Now I am not so sure it was even necessary.
No! I won't let her kill my princess.
I will stop anyone who tries to take away my daughter.
Even my own wife.
Then everything goes black.
