My brother’s phone call had totally slipped my mind. As I watched Russell cross the kitchen to answer the phone mounted on the wall, I realized I had him to thank for that. He was the one who’d said we should go for a hike. I'd had a really great day, and I actually liked hanging out with Russell. Plus, crazy hot s*x was a bonus I hadn't even considered.
