Chapter Ten
Abby blew a wisp of hair out of her face. She was glaring at Zoran, and he was glaring at her. They had been at the staring contest for the past thirty minutes, ever since Abby told Zoran she was going away for a day, possibly two.
“Zoran, I have to go. I have a contract. My clients have already paid me a great deal of money. I’ll be back as soon as I can, but I have to go. I have no choice.”
Zoran ran both of his hands through his long hair. “Ni! Ni! Ni!”
