When I Met You

-SATURDAY @ THE PARK-

-Taehyung’s POV

The guys wanted to play basketball so we decided to go to the court near the park. Yoongi teases Jin because he doesn’t know how to shoot. We are about to start the main game when something caught my eye. A puppy is barking playfully to a girl under the tree. She’s clapping and dancing at the puppy which makes it more playful. The girl sits down and started playing her Ukulele. The dog sat beside her as if enjoying the song. Staring at the girl, I suddenly recognised who she is.

-AFTER THE GAME-

Taehyung: You guys go ahead. I’ll just grab something at the store.

Jungkook: i’ll go with you, Hyung!

Taehyung: No!.. I mean, No.. Im good. I can handle it.

Jungkook: Ok. If you say so. You’re weird by the way. 

(Tae showed his box smile and derp face)

-Taehyung’s POV

This is weird. I’m feeling weird. Why am I nervous? Im never nervous when it comes to girls... just now. Whew! (mumbling to himself) Hi, Im Taehyung! But you can call me Tae - NO!… Hi Miss, Im Taehyung... what’s yours? - Nah too proud... I kept practicing how to approach her that I did not noticed that Im actually in front of her already. I FROZE.

-Yuri’s POV

He’s weird! Why would he stare at me that way? Scary… Wait! I think I know him. Ive seen his face somewhere. (Stare at each other for a few minutes until the puppy barks at Taehyung. 

Yuri: Bruno.. stop barking… Shhhh…(Looking At Tae) You?! What do you want? Are you lost or something?

Taehyung: Huh??! Me??! Aaaah…Yeaaah! Hehehehe.. (Stop acting like an i***t, Taehyung!)

Yuri: Soooo?!?!

Taehyung: Hmmm… I-I saw you earlier… aaah.. dancing with your dog… (Stop humiliating yourself, dumbass). You look cute.

Yuri: What?!

Taehyung: I-I mean, you and your dog looked cute while dancing (hehehe) (I gave the sweetest smile, the one that makes other girls crazy… hoping she’ll gave me the same reaction)

Yuri: Oh, OK..(shrugged)

-Taehyung’s POV

What?!?!? That's it?!?!? No smiling back? No blushing?! No anything?!!?… SO COLD…

-Yuri’s POV

Did he just smiled at me? Why does he look so happy? He’s kinda cute though… He looks like an angel… He’s glowing like the sun…

Taehyung: Hey there, buddy! Come here…(referring to Bruno)

Yuri: Wait! Do not touch him! He’s a bit aggressive towards strangers, you know… 

To Yuri's surprise, Bruno sniffed Taehyung’s hand and started l*****g it. Taehyung clapped his hands and Bruno stood up giving him his full attention. Taehyung started dancing crazily, Bruno wagged his tail happily.

-Yuri’s POV

Wow! What’s with him? He’s acting crazy but still so cute. Plus, Bruno likes him.  That’s unusual. Bruno doesn’t like strangers talking to me, especially with boys. But to him…

Taehyung played with Bruno for a while. They played fetch, jump and run. Yuri just watched them, amazed.

Taehyung: You.. you.. you(panting from running non stop)  really have a nice dog. He doesn’t want to stop playing. 

He sat beside Yuri(still panting). Bruno drank from his water bowl and sat beside them. 

Yuri: Well, he’s not like that actually. He barks when strangers approach him. That’s why ’m kinda surprised that he did not barked on you. And he PLAYS with YOU.

Taehyung: Hmmm.. Let’s see. I have like 5 dogs back at home. I have Yeontan at the dorm. I really like animals... NO, I love animals. Maybe he knew that I am not a bad person… and that, I won’t hurt you..(uttering these words while facing you)

-Yuri’s POV

Woah! Why am I shocked with his words? Am I blushing??!!! Please…Please… don’t blush… don’t blush..

-Taehyung’s POV

Is she blushing?!!!??! Hahahahahahahaha… I think she is. She’s sooooo cuuutee (want to pinch her cheeks). I can stare at her like this forever.

Taehyung:(cleared his throat) Eheeemmmm. By the way, Im Taehyung… Kim Taehyung.

Yuri: Im Kim Yuri. (Shakes hands with Taehyung)… (Remembers where she first saw him). Yaaaaahhh!

Taehyung: Oh…Why??!

Yuri: You’re one of the BTS!

Taehyung: Aaaaahhh. Well, yeah. You figured out (You did not know??!!!! Seriously????!!!?All this time??!!??. She’s really weird, but cute)

Yuri: Hahahaha. Ive been thinking where Ive seen you before but I can’t recall. When you told me your name, I remember hearing it from my classmates.

Taehyung: OUR classmates(emphasizing that they are classmates)

Yuri: We are classmates??!!

-Taehyung’s POV

Really??! I can’t believe this. She doesn’t even know that we are on the same class!!!

Taehyung: (chuckles) yeah. From first up to the last period.

Yuri: Really? Oh! I’m sorry… I didn’t know (smiles shyly)

Taehyung: That’s OK. At least there’s someone who’s not screaming when they see me (Box smile)

Yuri: (still shy) Yes. Of course (copied Taehyung’s boxy smile)
