I kept moving my scrolls, potions, and books. It didn’t matter where I looked; it wasn’t anywhere. I placed my hands on the table as I felt my anger rising, that stupid pair. If only Eda weren’t mated to that wizard, out of all the wizards, it had to be that one. Cassandra was more than helpful with those scrolls, but even with them, I’m short in magic.
