My name is sky Edward and am the only daughter of the great Xavier Edwards whose name rang bells in the ears of many,he was known in all the states of America. He was the multi-billionire everybody spoke of ,the rich, poor, average all knew Xavier Edward.his companies were in numerable. He was the only citizen in the states of America that was not arrested nor jailed when he committed a crime, every car on the road would move away for his numerous jeep to stode in. He was next to the president of the states they were very good friends who had things going qutie well. Couple with all that this man still looked like a god he wasn't classfied as one of those rich and affluent men that didn't didn't have the looks,nope you are wrong,women at high classes fell for him. Ready to give themselves to him not minding that they are married or they could ruin their lives in the process. This man Xavier Edwards was my father in whom I don't give a f**k about.i'm supposed to be grateful that I happened to be the daughter of such a man. But guys am not, in fact i hate am the daughter of such a coward who abandoned me when I needed him most.who made my life such a worthless and meaningless existence who betrayed my mom's trust. Who cares less about my education about my childhood , about my lifestyle about my well-being,every single day I wish my life can be over. I had tried so hard to kill myself but I ended up waking up to another miserable morning.i wish I can just be with my mom, it been five years since she left. And the years hasn't been easy at all sometimes I would lock my self I'm my room and cry till I have no tears left in my eyes. It wasn't like this before when I was much younger,we were once one big happy family .I would always remember when I would wait at our big mansion waiting for my daddy to return. And then he would alight for his car with his briefcase by his side and I would hear my self chanting "daddy, daddy, daddy", running to wards him, until tragedy struck. It was a beautiful Saturday morning I had just finished my assignment,I was nine then,when my mom decided that we go on a family picnic. I was so excited cause it had been a while since we actually went out together as a family we were always indoors because of my father's work schedule. And I wasn't allowed to go out to visit any of my friends cause one thing I realized is that once your rich and famous there's going to be alot of enemies hanging around waiting for your downfall. But I guess my dad was lucky cause they never got any of us and we were always safe. My dad instructed all of the gaurds not to come with us insisting that it was family business. We were just coming back from the picnic, laughing in the car my dad was teasing my mom again. "your just so beautiful I thank my stars for you walking up to my office that day". "Darling stop I should be the one grateful for meeting someone like you,if not for your big nose." My mom said chucking. "Me big nose, seriously"my dad said totally shocked and started touching his nose. I laughed so hard at the back seat that a tear dropped. My mom just stared at him smiling at herself for beings counted as one of the luckiest woman to gave such a wonderful family. I could share in her joy tough,well for all I could remember that was the last laughter my mom had . We all soon fell asleep cause the journey back home was quite a distance.my dad noticing that there wasn't much car in the road increased his speed from sixty kilometers per hour to eighty kilometers per hour as he drove along the express way. He hadn't seen the red truck that was approching and it was already to late cause it looked like the brakes had failed. There and then there was a huge collision that took place and I heard my mom scream so loud as the car was in the air in a minute and back to the ground the very second it went up And there was total dead silence my mom's face was covered in blood and I couldn't move my legs for some reason. My dad was knocked out too I was the only one awake and I began to cry and shout but no one heard me . The door won't budge and I stayed there holding one to my mom's hand before finally passing out . The next time I open my eyes is to see myself in a room, i blinked a couple of times before it all started to come back. "An accident"I heard my self say quietly,I repeated it and I started crying again.i heard a nurse say, "she's awake ". "Where my mom and dad".I asked staring at the nurse "Their fine darling,just stay still let me inform your dad that your awake you have an injury in both legs so pls don't move,I Will be right back".and with that she rushed out if the room. Few minutes later,my dad was being wheeled in to my room with the same nurse, she wheeled him close to my bedside and excused her self. "Oh sweetheart,am so sorry daddy couldn't protect you,am sorry I wasn't able to avert the accident"my dad spoke with so much bitterness . I just stared at him for a long time I wasn't comfortable and as if something clicked.i asked him the question. "Dad where's mom". And for the first time in my entire life I heard my dad cry ,he cried so hard for close to fifteen minutes and when he was able to hold himself,he dropped the bomb. "Am so sorry my sweetheart,your mother couldn't make it and the doctor says she was already dead when she was brought in and that you have to be on a wheel chair for a while now so your injury can heal. "What",I said quitely and just then It began to come in memories of my mother,my sweet mother,I began to scream, I shouted, no one could calm be down . I started to destroy things I threw the pan of medication on my table,the doctors and nurses came running but it was a waste of time. And that was just the very beginning of my troubled days ahead.
