Lily's POV
Evelynn and the golden wolves left us there. I guess they must have thought we weren't in any immediate danger or feared for their own safety more than ours. Which I completely understand.
Myles and Landyn have been playing twenty questions with me with what was said, but the truth is I didn't feel comfortable telling them just yet. At least with the one where she said that I was supposed to rule. I decided to keep that part and some of the smaller details to myself.
I guess I was lost in thought because Myles grabbed me by my forearms and pulled me closer. "Do I need to be worried, Lily? What did she whisper."
"She said the moon goddess said our twins will be more powerful than Maureen and I and that we need to protect them."
He grabbed me by my hand and pulled me closer
