“I missed you.”
Amelia smiled and squeezed my hand tightly, with the barriers defaults I began to have hope. I wanted to hold her and never let go, I knew the feeling was mutual.
“You lied to me,” Ryder came to stand beside me, her focus was on Amelia.
With a sigh Amelia let go of my hand and stepped back, Ryder stepped over the border and planted herself in front of Amelia.
“I needed to take this trip alone Ryder,” she said.
Ryders eyes flared and her face changed to rage, before anything else could be said a man stepped out from behind Amelia. Ryder looked shocked but I saw her eye glisten with happiness.
“Lucky she did because I had no idea where I was going,” he said as he walked towards Ryder.
