Marlon had a small building set up for me to stay in. The building wasn’t far from the manor; it was still a part of the Roessler property within the courtyard. But not attached to the manor.
He still had me wear a cufflink that only he had access to remove so that I couldn’t transition into a werewolf and escape. I also wasn’t allowed to leave the house. If anyone were to see me, we would all be dead.
I had to admit though, it was a nice setup. There was a small kitchen with a fridge that Marlon kept stocked with different varieties of food. There was also a king-sized bed, which was extremely comfortable. Much more comfortable than the slave farm, and even a little more comfortable than the bed I slept in while residing in the maid’s courters.
