Her whole body swirled in the sky. She was losing balance fast.  Shit. s**t. s**t.  She did not even know whether it was her or Mara who kept on cursing. Or maybe it was the both of them.  It stung so badly. Yet Scarlett forced her wings to stretch open. She needed to regain her balance in the sky. Falling right then would be suicide. So, she willed her wings to take her away. The pain was excruciating. In her mind, Scarlett was gritting her teeth hard.
