8 As she paced the office in front of the glass window, Asha stopped at every turn to look out over the city. She could just about make out the tiffin-wallahs delivering hot lunches to the downtown offices. Time ticked past and she wasn't any closer to getting the other pieces of the sculpture. Everything had to be ready in time and she could not fail the Aghori. But where were the other pieces? Her father had looked at this view every day, and yet she didn't know his mind well enough to decipher where he might have hidden them. She thought back over her father's life.
