The hotel had a lot of security personnel standing outside the ballroom, but luckily, because it was close to the inner hall, it was not as guarded as outside.
They also didn't seem to be as vigilant about people who were already in the building.
Trying to figure out just exactly how I would get into the ballroom, I started by following a busy hotel staff member who looked like a waitress. Luckily, that led me to the staff locker room, which had uniforms as well as other costumes for business and entertainment.
I quickly sifted through the selections and found a thin and silky summer dress in my size. After changing into it, I fluffed out my hair and gave myself a quick once-over.
