A LITTLE SEDUCTION
Gavin's POV
I slumped back in my office chair, rubbing my tired eyes. Two days had passed since I got officially engaged to Iris, and what should have been a joyful time was instead marred by a series of unsettling events.
All these pack attacks by omegas who seemed to be under some sort of mind control. They were acting like higher-ranking werewolves, but with a feral edge that made them almost unrecognizable.
What even worried me more that It wasn't just my pack that had been hit - Iris's pack had been attacked at the same time. And then, to make matters worse, someone had tried to assassinate Iris the moment she arrived at her territory. My heart still raced at the memory of it. I had almost lost her before we even had a chance to start our life together.
