REVEALING MYSTERIES
My eyes slightly opened towards the dim light in the room. I tried to process everything that had happened and why I was in a hospital room. My head banged, the last thing I remember was the lady with the red hair. Her sinister smile was a nightmare, one that I might never forget.
“You're finally awake.” A voice said, I had not noticed the figure by the table stand. It was Helen, and she was stirring up something in a cup.
“How long have I been here?” I asked her as I tried to sit up and relax my back on the pillow behind me. I felt uncomfortable laying like a dead person, and I was sure I had been like that for hours straight, the evidence of the neck pain was experiencing at the moment.
