IRIS POV TRAPPED My head throbbed as I slowly lifted it, feeling the weight of disorientation. It had been down for some time, and the discomfort was undeniable. As my vision cleared, I took in my surroundings, dim, cold, and unfamiliar. I was tied to a chair, situated in the center of a vast, empty warehouse. "Somebody help!" I screamed, my voice echoing off the walls. I strained against the handcuffs biting into my wrists, twisting and pulling, but it was no use. The metal held firm. "Let me out of here, you cowards!" I shouted again, my voice cracking with desperation. The coppery taste of blood lingered in my mouth, a reminder of the beating I'd taken before being dragged here.
