The morning sun filters through the light curtains. I sighed and was grateful for my life after everything that transpired yesterday.
I wasn't sent to Dan and I didn't die. I turned my neck and felt a sharp pain.
Oh Alpha King, I challenged him to kill me.
I wasn't myself, and he wasn't either. Definitely, I knew I was going to be punished. But what will the rules compel me to do? Now I know for a fact without a second thought that Ruth hates me.
"Why wouldn't she? Because of you Allerik and Greg shouted at her." Lily retorted.
Oh yeah, another person comes to mind. Greg! He's so kind and caring, unlike Alpha King who hardly even looks at me.
