After the holidays, I insisted on going back to school even though my family wanted me to stay home for a while longer.
Louis said that Sheffield home is the safest stronghold in the Silver Moon pack, and once I leave, who knows where the fox might be lurking, waiting to strike.
But everyone was so busy dealing with this issue, and I just couldn't stand being at home, basking in everyone's protection while doing nothing myself. Besides, Sibyl had left.
That night, after Sibyl went to check on Liam and Andrew, she came back totally out of sorts, trailing behind them.
Liam doesn't usually show his emotions openly, but at that moment, he looked furious.
"We would have caught the fox if it weren't for your friend Sibyl's warning," he said, his words barely concealing his fury.
