“Who are you and what are you doing here?” I asked him as he took a step closer to me.
His eyes glistened with red-crimson energy and, with a swift movement of his hand, he summoned the energy and trapped me under a spell.
I couldn’t move from my spot and Xavier was still banging on the door. Why the hell could no one in the neighbourhood hear us?
“Oh! Where are my manners? I forgot to introduce myself.” He stood right in front of me watching with amusement in his eyes. I tried to wiggle but my efforts were in vain.
