2. Queen Bee

We arrived at the school's parking lot to our usual spot. When I got out of the car I felt someone's arm around my shoulders, yes you've guessed right, it was Aaron. We are not exactly a couple but everybody knows we are an item, always close to each other patiently waiting for our true bond to reveal itself when we come of age.
All five of us go through the parking lot with our heads high like we own this place cause basically we do. You see everyone from our kind knows who we are: the Golden Children of Silver Night Pack, on the other hand all humans are able to sense that we are not to mess with, so their keep the distance too.
As usual people are whispering and gossiping about us cause let's face it we are true born leaders and everyone's wannabes.
Girls and I say our goodbyes to guys in front of a building as they are going for a football practice and go straight to our lockers. As I reach mine all I can see is a wide open locker of another student which is blocking my own.
"Do you mind?" - I ask
"Oh, hey Cece. Just one second." - she gathers all her staff and closes her locker- "There you go."
"Thanks Natalie."
Natalie is a she-wolf from our pack daughter of warrior and hospital nurse. She's quite nice but just not my type of a person. She's too ordinary with her long dirty blond straight hair and brown eyes, I suppose she could be seen as cute however her welcoming personality is simply annoying.
I gather all my books, take a look at my mirror inside the locker and go straight to my first period. Classes can't be more boring than they already are. I simply don't know when in my life will I find a use for math or science. It's simply a waste of my time. After my 4 period comes a time for lunch break when all 5 of us gather by our table in the middle of the cafeteria.
"So what are you planning to answer her?" - I caught Aaron's questioning my brother
"Answer who on what?" - I ask
"You see Ce your brother here where asked out by Alice." - said Aaron laughing
"Oh I see another Luna wannabe"- commented Stephy smirking
"Cut the crap Aaron you know I'm not going to answer her anything. You know damn well I got only a month left of my freedom. I'm not going to start my adulthood with a pissed off Luna cause I've been sleeping around." - came Chris answer
You see my brother is the hottest catch yet he stills what's to wait for his one and only. He may be a fierce and invincible fighter but he is too frightened to mess with his happily ever after.
" I get it Chrissy, and whoever she is she'll be lucky to have you. I hope you will soon find what I and Aar share." - I tried to cheer him up
"Cee, you do know that you and Aaron might not be Mates, right?" - came his reply
"Chris, don't be jealous. I can feel we are… besides who would be better for your own twin than one of your best friends?!"
"I don't know but hopefully Mood Goddess does, and whoever he is he better be patient as hell"
"Ok, ok stop you two. I've got enough of your bitching. I've heard from some girls in my history classes that this weekend at Hammer's will be some wild party so girls when are we planning to go shopping?" - said Tina successfully changing the topic.
"How about Wednesday after school? And on Friday we might go get out nails and hair done?" - I chipped in
"Oh, I see full service all to my benefit" - Aaron laughs
"Actually my nails and hair would be for your friend benefit" - Tina smirked
"You broke my heart when you went out of market, Babe" - said Aaron dramatically holding his chest
"Aaron, stop this. Friend or not my brother might kill you for less than calling Tina Babe, as for the plan I'm all in." - Stephy commented
Lunch went on peacefully till the bell rang. My brother and girls went to their respective classes and Aaron and I started our way to English class which we shared.
" Aar, have you thought about your birthday present? Is there something that you might particularly want?" - I ask sensually holding his flexed left bicep.
"Only you Babe" - he answered with wink.
You see me and Aaron go way back, we always felt the pull towards each other. We basically never dated anyone else besides the other one. We kissed, we touched but never went all the way. We made a promise that we will wait with it till first of us becomes of age and be certain that our bond is really there. Our sweet little plan of first night together. I can't wait!

"Ok, Steph. I've already tried on like 20 different dresses, and none of them is good enough for my first night as Mates with Aar."
"Cece, I think you should listen to Chris for once and take it easy."
"Stephany Woodritch, don't you trust me at all? Recently all you ever do is question my decisions. Please believe me that Aaron is my destined one, besides you'll see on Saturday." - I said a little annoyed
"Alright you two, that's enough with Mates crap. Aaron is first of all our friend and we need to look nice for the evening. Sooo Cee, what do you think about this one?" - said Tina holding a silver asymmetric mini dress with one long sleeve on the left shoulder and strapless on the right.
" Now we're talking!" - I answer smiling wide.

Yesterday I decided to match my nails to my accessories so they are matte black just like my hills, purse and earrings. My freshly cut hair are left loose with slight waves. As to make up, today I've decided to make myself a little darker one with bloody red lipstick and dark smokey eyes. My total look is perfection as always and I'm so ready to meet my destiny. With that thought I left my room.
